As the Editor-in-Chief of the Southern Miss Student Media Center, I consistently edited articles for the Student Printz newspaper, laid the paper using InDesign on a weekly basis, created personal content across multiple medias, and guided a team of multimedia journalists.

As a content creator for the Southern Miss Student Media Center, I consistently created award-winning content for the Student Printz, sm2media.com, SMTV and WUSM, enhanced my photo, video and audio skills across multiple platforms, and worked with an editorial team to ensure a constant flow of content.

Reporter

Rankin County News

Summer 2023

As a reporting intern for the Rankin County News, I interviewed people across the county to share their experiences in feature articles, while also building a strong network with city officials. I also cleaned up my writing, photography and editing skills, and worked with multiple county and city departments to share their stories.
